is it usefull to set the RefreshRate=0 ?

turn v- sync of and smooth framerate (in ut3) can cause mouselag

ut,s default is i thought 60 hz i used on crt in the past 1280x1024 @85 hz and i had ut set to 85 hertz. if u use something that forces the refreshrate to one standard for all programs(reforce, atitray tools )you won,t notice a difference cause you probably were alaready at max. refreshrate for the monitor you are using.

use your monitor at OPTIMAL refresh rates

too high and it will tear too much


85hz at 1152x864 or 1024x768 might do you well, remember to set fps at 86

swapinterval=-1 is OFF 1 is on 0 is default i think... maybe wrong

try 75hz 76 fps, most good sa players i seen use this


if its not smooth you can play with the fps, you SHOULD match it to the refresh but if i remember i had trouble with your inis, try the modified mdgn ones i uploaded
