why are servers often empthy?

i think thats the question to start this section with
the answer i think is that it aint fully configered like utsnipers want it to be configured main points ive heard

1-bots(no bots or give seasened clan players who are often online the option to turn them of)
2-maps(follow which maps are most played on popular servers and put them on mapvote
3-mixed insta and sniper(some people cant take that)
4 point system which puts the best players on top and not the players who are the longest time online

i was on msn with madmax talking about what would attract playerrs

all clanskins of major clans on the server so they all can play with there own skin
perhaps u would need permission from the clans first

i was on slaughterhouse server someone else logged in and was disconnected because of a timeout i see that more often .
he tried about 3 times each time i saw he was kicked for timeout

ok Mad,
i kill the bots on all servers,
change value from utdc check to higher time,
remove ig from mapvote,
set FraggaZone to orginal settings.

clan skins for "all" playing clans on server are not possible, because different skins need to much cpu power,makes laggy and can be corrupt with illegal no detects hacks.
so i prefer the standart skins for all.

ok didnt know that of skins ,i got the points mostly from madmax .
talked to him on msn for a while.

1-bots killed, maybe set to 2 bots only, so you can beat a human faster...;)
2-make a list or a exlude from mapvote maps plz
3-all rsa now sa, i will setup 1 insta ctf maybe today (i like insta ;) )
4-stats are running test on FraggaZone with nextgen, but nextgen eat your bandwith on display stats....if nobody want it permanently i will try other HUd-Mut's for ingame stats
with eff, acc stuff for ranking hunters like tc :P

i dont totally know what the most played maps are these days
idea i have is put only those well played maps on there and nothing else so selection is easier and make selecting one map more times possibel(all good 1on1,s are often in red).
a set 2 player minimum so u can practice on atleast one bot while you wait is very usefull .

the most played ctf and dm maps separated in big and small like on snipermania.
so 4coloms of ctf small,ctf big,dm small,dm big.and then only the maps that are played often(shame for my own map and ctf conversions)

i think that would work best for slaughterhouse,with no bots waiting for other players is unbarrebel and when there is just one bot its gone fast when a player enters also selecting a one on one match with bot and having that map go red and unselectable because u had a botmatch in it i dont think is usefull.
